This page explains how members of the VELAR Center mobile application, operated by RUK-COM Company Limited, can request deletion of their account and the personal data associated with it.
1. How to Request Deletion
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
- Include the phone number registered to your VELAR Center account so that we can verify your identity.
- Our team will verify your request and process the deletion within 30 days, and will confirm by email once it is complete.
For your security, we verify the identity of every requester before deleting an account, to prevent unauthorised deletion.
2. What Data Is Deleted
Upon a verified request, we delete the personal data linked to your app account, including:
- Account profile (name, contact details) and login credentials
- App activity, device identifiers, and push-notification tokens
- Photos and documents you uploaded through the app
- Cell-wallet balance and transaction records that are not subject to a legal retention requirement
3. What Data Is Retained
Certain records must be retained even after account deletion, in order to comply with applicable law:
- Medical and treatment records — retained for the period required by Thai medical regulations.
- Financial and transaction records — retained for the period required by Thai tax and accounting law.
